App Update - December 22nd

Lifting Buddy Version 3.0.0 is now available!

We're excited to announce the release of the Lifting Buddy version 3.0.0! This version comes with a lot of minor tweaks and improvements, but also two brand new features. The rep graph and calendar view both located in the "Lift History" tab.

Rep Graph

The first exciting feature is the brand new reps graph. This new feature is directly below the existing weight graph located in Lift History > By Lift > Graph View.

This graph simply shows the number of reps performed for a given exercise in a particular day. It automatically combines reps each day, so you'll only see one data point per day. We're excited to add this new feature as an additional way to track progress and results!

Calendar View

Our other new feature for this release is the introduction of an easy to use lifting calendar. This gives a convienet way to go back and view your workout for any particular day.

It's broken into two steps. First you have the main view, where you'll be presented with a typical calendar to cycle through. Dates that contain a workout are marked, and selecting any of these will open the individual day view.

Main View:

Individual Day:

The indiviudal day view then shows each workout, and the relevant weight/rep information. This makes it easy to see what you did last week, last month, or last year!

While we're extremely excited to be releasing this version of Lifting Buddy, our work is far from over. We're looking to make 2018 a big year, with features like routines, workout suggestions, training tips, and other exciting feature to help make the most of your gym time!
